2009 was another wonderful and busy year for me. I turned 10 years old in April. Officially a tween! I got glasses. I grew taller but not as much as I would have liked. I lost all my baby teeth.

Mr.Dugoni's fourth grade was a lot of work and a lot of fun till the end of the school year. I managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA and was pleased with that. I got picked for the school talent show. Natalie sang and I played on the piano, the song, "Over the rainbow".

I went for some camps in summer and just hung out with Mommy in her office or at home, for the rest of the time. I joined Mr.Gallagher's fifth grade class in September. Mr. Gallagher gives less work than Mr.Dugoni but I had a real busy time. I continued to do well in class. I was chosen to be part of the school Safety Patrol team, a school Conflict Manager, and Class representative at the School Student Council. I took part in the school band. I won in the Literature category for the school Reflections contest. I was a finalist at the school Geography bee. The most exciting moment was when I was chosen for the school basketball team!

I started guitar lessons in summer. I continued with my piano, and singing classes. I joined swimming at Calphin and went for an hour of real workout every Sunday. I am best at backstroke. I went for basketball camps. Once I got a ticket to go see a real Warriors game. That was fun.

This year I went on my very first trip to Europe. We attended Gabi & Chris's wedding in Germany and then spent ten days in Italy. I loved it, especially the pizza and gelato. End of the year, we spent a few days in Cabo San Lucas. That was fun, especially snorkeling in the sea and parasailing!

Here are pictures from this year...
